General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases via playcarpets.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
All play carpets are officially licensed Playmobil products. Images on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen display.
Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices, but orders already placed will not be affected.
Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed via a secure Pay. payment environment. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock and delivery location.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Contact us for return instructions.
Liability
Playcarpets is not liable for indirect damage. Our play carpets are intended as play surfaces and not as floor covering. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
